1.0.7Latest Sound from the iPhone speaker
1.0.7 fixes sound on iPhone: music and sound effects now play from the iPhone speaker, also in Silent Mode, and mix with audio from other apps. Before, they were audible only with headphones. Android is unchanged. The store build is out on Google Play. On iPhone it is in TestFlight, and the App Store release is coming soon. There are no new screenshots for this version.
What changed
- No new features or screens. This version fixes sound on iPhone; see Fixes.

1.0.6 Full game in Settings
1.0.6 puts the Full Game offer in Settings. Until you own the game, the purchase row in the title screen’s Settings reads Full game and Restore; Full game opens the offer and brings you back to Settings. The store builds are uploaded to App Store Connect and Google Play and are in testing; the game is not in app stores yet. There are no new screenshots for this version.
What changed
- Settings on the title screen: until you own the full game, the purchase row splits into Full game and Restore.
- Full game opens the same offer as after World 1. Not now or Continue takes you back to Settings.
- Once you own the game, the row is the same as in 1.0.5: Restore purchases.
- The offer opens without a leftover message from an earlier try. A purchase that is still waiting for approval, or a new answer from the store, still shows.

1.0.5 World 1 free
1.0.5 brings the purchase: World 1 is free, and one Full Game purchase unlocks Worlds 2 to 6 and the ending for good. It is the first signed store build with the purchase in it. The Android build went to Google Play internal testing; it is not in app stores. There are no new screenshots for this version, so the offer screen is not pictured here.
What changed
- World 1 is free: all four levels of Shorts Valley, the Autoplay mini-boss included, to play and replay as often as you like.
- Full Game: one permanent purchase unlocks Worlds 2 to 6 and the ending. No ads, no subscriptions and no in-game currency.
- After you finish World 1, a calm offer appears at the start of World 2. It shows the store’s local price, what is included, Restore purchases and the privacy and terms links. It never appears after a failed attempt.
- Settings on the title screen has a new Restore purchases row, to get a purchase back with the same store account.
- Start over keeps the purchase.
- Purchases go through the App Store and Google Play. The store build number is 1000500 on both stores.

1.0.4 Start over
1.0.4 adds Start over, so you can wipe your progress and play the whole story again, and takes the developer test-level button off the title screen. The screenshots are new English captures from this build, including the mini-boss intro cards and Feed Files. It is a development build on our test devices (an Android tablet, a Galaxy S25 and an iPhone); it is not in app stores.
What changed
- Start over: a new button in Settings on the title screen. Two confirmations, then all progress is deleted: best times, Minutes, Lost Photos, Low Battery, Feed Files and the stories you have seen. The intro, the story scenes between worlds and the endings play again.
- Start over keeps your language, sound and assist settings.
- The DEV PREVIEWS test-level button is gone from the title screen. It is now a hidden developer option in test builds only and never appears in store builds.

1.0.3 Low Battery mode
1.0.3 adds Low Battery mode, a harder way to play again once you have finished the game, shows the level name at the start of every level and fixes the picture of the W6-1 rescue. It is a development build on our test devices (an Android tablet, a Galaxy S25 and an iPhone); it is not in app stores.
What changed
- Low Battery mode: the battery carries over between levels, a fall costs 25 % and a dead phone restarts on 25 %. Still no game over.
- Low Battery unlocks and switches on by itself after you first finish the game, with a one-time notice (“Nova forgot her charger.”) and a choice to keep it on or turn it off. Later, a LOW BATTERY: ON/OFF chip on the title screen and a row in Settings switch it; before you finish the game the row says “Beat the game to unlock”.
- In Low Battery the HUD shows a LOW tag, the results card shows “LOW BATTERY · N %”, and best times are kept separately.
- The level name everywhere: a banner of about two seconds at the start of each level (“World 2 · Level 3”), “PAUSED · W2-3” in Pause and the level id on the results card.

1.0.2 Old Accounts speak up
1.0.2 makes the Old Accounts speak up on real phones, gives the mini-boss intro cards a short read lock, and moves Feed Files into Settings. It is a development build on our test devices (an Android tablet, a Galaxy S25 and an iPhone); it is not in app stores.
What changed
- Old Accounts now work on real devices in W2-3, W3-3, W4-3 and W5-3: a “…” bubble as you approach, then a hint line, then a one-time “Note saved. See Pause.” The text stays inside the level walls.
- Boss intro cards ignore input for the first second; after that only a fresh tap dismisses them, so a held jump no longer skips the card.
- Feed Files moved off the title screen into Settings; the folder button in the Pause menu stays.
- Night Owl has a new taunt: “STILL UP? / ME TOO.” (Swedish: “VAKEN? / JAG MED.”).

1.0.1 Playtest fixes, boss intro cards and Feed Files
1.0.1 fixes what the owner found in the first full 1.0 playtest and adds two new things: an intro card for every mini-boss and Feed Files, a book of every enemy you have met. Reply Guy also has a new face. It is a development build on our test devices (an Android tablet, a Galaxy S25 and an iPhone); it is not in app stores.
What changed
- Mini-boss intro cards: when you enter the arena of Autoplay, Reply Guy, Copycat or Night Owl, a card names the boss as the master of its level, the one holding the Locked Thread shut. It is only a picture; the fight is unchanged.
- Feed Files: a book of the enemies you have met and the mini-bosses you have beaten, opened from the title screen or the Pause menu. Enemies you have not met yet show as silhouettes.
- Reply Guy has a redesigned face, in the level and on his card.
- W2-2 has an early enemy, and W5-1 is longer (six screens) with enemies throughout and the right World 5 music.
- Recommender drones commit to the chase once they spot you and drift gently when idle. The W5-3 Influencer escalates with every hit: hops, more followers and shorter windows.
- Old Accounts were given a “…” bubble, a hint line and a “Note saved” toast. In 1.0.1 these did not show on devices; 1.0.2 fixes that.
- Title screen: DEV PREVIEWS at the bottom, Settings at the top right.

1.0.0 1.0 — the complete game
1.0.0 is the complete TOUCH GRASS: 18 reworked levels in six worlds, enemies in every level, the new roster with Locked Thread gates, four mini-bosses, two Influencer encounters, all items, Swedish and English, and the full ending. It is a development build on the owner’s test devices; it is not released to app stores.
What changed
- Every level reworked so none can be climbed straight up, with enemies in every level and a difficulty that rises through each world.
- The stricter wall jump: one wall jump per time in the air; a wall jump into a dash, including a dash upward, is allowed.
- New enemies: Troll, Doomscroller, Clickbait and the Recommender drone, plus Locked Thread gates that open when you defeat their moderators.
- Four mini-bosses behind Locked Threads, each with an arena where the scroll holds: Autoplay (W1-4), Reply Guy (W2-3), Copycat (W4-3) and Night Owl (W5-2).
- Mute (W4-2) and Block (W4-3) are usable; Airplane Mode, Chargers and Old Accounts in the World 2 to 5 finales.
- Compact Mute and Block buttons on phones, stacked beside jump.
- A Settings entry on the title screen; the game starts in the phone’s language (Swedish, otherwise English).
- The full campaign through the rescue, the escape outside, credits and the photo epilogue, with the W6-2 escape able to continue in portrait.

0.9.5 The full campaign, connected — first playtest build
0.9.5 is the first build with the whole campaign connected: start on the title, climb all 18 levels through six worlds, rescue Pim, escape outside, roll the credits and, with every Lost Photo, see the epilogue. Every level has enemies, the scroll speed rises world by world, and each world has its own art. It is a development build for playtesting; version 1.0 is in progress.
What changed
- The campaign is connected end to end: W1-1 through W6-2, from the title to the rescue of Pim, the escape outside, credits and the all-photos epilogue.
- World finales with their own story sequences: In the loop (Comment Swamp), Encore (Influencer Mall), Original (Slop Factory) and Still here (Dark Mode).
- Enemies in every level, with Old Accounts in the World 2 and 3 finales (more in the next build).
- A difficulty curve: the scroll speed rises world by world, and each world finale is a peak.
- Each world has its own production art, including the marble and gold of Influencer Mall.

0.9.0 1.0 integration — every level in the development source
0.9.0 is the integration build on the way to 1.0, bringing every designed world, enemy, item and setting into one source for the first time. All 18 levels, the bosses and the ending are built in the current development source; the latest device build (0.9.0-int3) plays Shorts Valley plus the first levels of Worlds 2–5 as previews. Version 1.0 — the full connected campaign with enemies throughout — is in progress.
What changed
- Development source: all 18 levels across six worlds, with FYP Core ending in the rescue of Pim and the horizontal escape to real grass, followed by credits and the all-photos epilogue (built and bot-completed in the editor; not yet on a device). On the 0.9.0-int3 device build, Shorts Valley W1-1 to W1-4 is the campaign and W2-1, W2-2, W3-1, W3-2, W4-1 and W5-1 are development previews.
- New enemies: Hook, Rage-bait in three tiers, Slop, Notification variants and two Influencer bosses with followers.
- New items and helpers: Charger, Airplane Mode, Mute and Block; optional Old Accounts encounters with notes in Pause.
- New traversal: sinking replies, mirrors and glitch pads, alongside wall slide/jump, Sponsored pads and the Dark Mode phone glow.
- Production terrain and parallax art for Worlds 2–5 replaces the flat preview walls (in progress across all levels).
- English and Svenska, remappable controls for keys, gamepad and touch (buttons or stick), screen shake and reduced flash, and assists for infinite battery and slower scrolling (100/75/50 %).
- Music for every world.

0.8.0-qa Worlds 2–5 development previews
Four development previews are now available from DEV PREVIEWS on Title: Comment Swamp, Influencer Mall, Slop Factory and Dark Mode. The four-level Shorts Valley campaign remains available through Start and Continue.
What changed
- DEV PREVIEWS lists the four actually built W2-1 through W5-1 slices, with Back returning to Title.
- Influencer Mall adds Sponsored platforms and first-use teaching cards.
- Slop Factory adds grouped platforms with patterned warning and rebuilding states.
- Dark Mode adds a muted environment and automatic phone light.
- Comment Swamp retains wall sliding, wall jumping and coherent terrain surfaces.

0.5.0-qa Comment Swamp development preview
Comment Swamp is ready for a development playtest. Version 0.5.0-qa adds a separate W2 preview with wall sliding, wall jumping and clearer continuous terrain. The normal four-level Shorts Valley campaign remains available.
What changed
- Separate W2 PREVIEW on the development title screen opens the actual four-post Comment Swamp level.
- Wall sliding and wall jumping use the existing direction and jump controls; both wall guides adapt to touch or keyboard.
- Terrain has one coherent surface and a readable underside; decorative hearts no longer sit on walkable platform rims. Hearts in the story are motifs, with no health or points function.
- Available STORY sequences return to the same focused list after replay and hold-Skip. The story menu also supports pagination for future reviewed sequences.

0.4.2 Mobile rendering cadence development playtest
A smoother start on mobile. Version 0.4.2 corrects the inherited 30 fps rendering target; limited Android title and W1-1 samples now present at about 60 fps. This is a limited development playtest, with full performance and human acceptance still open.
What changed
- Mobile builds now target 60 fps at startup. Android tablet title and normal W1-1 samples observed about 60 fps; the iOS policy has not been verified in an iOS build.
- The four playable Shorts Valley levels, artwork, story, controls and deterministic gameplay are unchanged. Desktop and Editor rendering behavior is preserved.

0.4.1 Android development playtest
A little more life in the final climb, and more variety in the cards asking for your attention. This is a limited development playtest, with further performance and visual acceptance still open.
What changed
- Echo and Pile join the original Bell Notification. Warning shapes, timing and dash-to-dismiss rules stay consistent.
- Eleven animated wall details add rhythm and FYP’s watching presence to W1-4. The accepted route and difficulty are preserved.
